Technology for teams that run other companies' operations.
Business process outsourcing runs on people, seats and data that belongs to clients overseas. We build and run the internal platforms, reporting and ERP that outsourcing operations depend on, and integrate contact-centre platforms with CRMs.

What we see in this sector
Every seat has to be counted correctly
Wins, losses, notice periods and leave all change billing. Reporting that counts on the wrong date misleads leadership.
Client data crosses borders
Data from overseas clients and local staff records bring data protection duties in more than one country.
Internal systems multiply
HR, seating, transport, wellness and finance tools pile up unless they share one platform and one employee record.
Where we fit
Custom software and integrations
Internal platforms, seat and attrition reporting, CRM integrations.

Client emails read, matched and drafted into invoices for a person to approve.
Can you integrate our contact-centre platform with our CRM?
Yes. We have configured integrations between contact-centre platforms such as Cisco and Avaya and CRMs including Salesforce, HubSpot and Odoo.
We handle data for overseas clients. Does Zimbabwean law apply?
Data processed in Zimbabwe falls under the Cyber and Data Protection Act, and your clients' countries may add their own rules. We map the data flows so your DPO and lawyers can advise.
